I seen many ECAs approaching the forum when they have a problem listing their products. Make known to them to seek help at the forum if they need assistance.
E-mail them or call them to find out if they have any questions or if you can offer assistance to get them to list their products.
Send an email to them to remind them that their products can reach millions of potential customers worldwide with over 1 million SFI affiliates to work for them.
Perhaps a personal visit to their store could help by encouraging them to list their products and be active.
