As a team leader, you are expected to lead by example worthy to be emulated by your downline members. You should be the one from your team who should have vast of knowledge how SFI business works and how to deal/answer the queries your downline members might ask you. You should also reach out to each member of your downline by sending them encouraging and motivating letters/mails despite their unresponsiveness often times. You should likewise know how far they have already grown their SFI business by visiting their individual vp ledgers and by offering help to those active members to go up the ladder and become an EA or TL. Do alway remember that the success of each one of them is the success of your team.
