Expectations of the team leaders are always higher than what the leader thinks!. The team leader is always a role model because if it is not then there is no credibility to the team leader. The leader of the team knows more, doing more, doing better, know better. The team leader is the one who stands at the head. Not everyone is meant to be a leader. If you really want to become, you are doing every day more and more and you will achieve as team leaders should have an operating authority. Any other form of authority is not worth it.
