Team Leader is not just a badge here.From you as a leader people expect help, advice and some original idea to lift them up in their level.You should start to be active in all fields of leadership here, starting from your Leadership page, blogs,recognition's .As a Leader you need to check your affiliates PSA and CSA and kindly show them that some things maybe can do better.You need to be always there for your team and helping them in leading the first 24 h hours their affiliates if they have need for that.Assisting in ECA Program, sometimes take over the actions to put some affiliate in right way.Participating in Forum answers in way to help others in some part of this job.Recruiting new affiliates and reassigned them to your down line members in way to help them and encourage them in the same time in their efforts.Most of everything is to learn them about duplication, the main thing here.Through e-mail which you gonna prepare , links or no matter your way of explanation is, just to understand that duplication is key for success.
The fact is that people will learn and accept from successful person so try to have a representative attitude and knowledge as Leader.
