Good and emotional question to ask. Looking into my genealogy, I have a long list of PSAs and CSAs. But most of them are inactive, judging by their last logins. It's rather disappointed to see that long list of affiliates staying dormant!. However, I don't give up. I sent out team mails and individual mails to motivate them. That's my role as a team leader. Secondly,advise them to go back to the Basics to learn and know more about SFI business in the Affiliate Center of the Home Page. SFI provides the strategies and the knowledge to be successful entrepreneurs. Most importance is to go back to their goals when they first joined SFI and to realise that goals. Putting high expectation upon registration and unable to achieve may result in discouragement or even giving up. Individual effort is important. Giving free contests,send gift cards or free tripleclicks may not help if they are not interested. My next course of action may be to assign them to others that they may be active with other sponsors.
