I easily wanted to give up because I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The abundance of training material that I had to read through, immediately discouraged me as I didn't have the time to read through it all.
That was untill I saw my CSA advancing on the ranks and I thought to myself, "what kind of example am I setting here?" How am I suppose to help my CSA grow his business? Our business? It was then that I sat down and actually read through some of the information available here and that immediately was the turning point for me.
You only give up when you think it's too hard. Read through your training material, make notes and understand what you're reading. You'll realise it's not the rocket science that you thought it was.Your background knowledge of this business and this industry is what you should be aiming for. Once you fully inderstand this, ideas will come immediately and that alone will be motivation enough to help market/promote/grow your business.
We all just need to sit down, read, understand and most of all THINK.
