As many have already answered here, everything you need is available to you, whether or not your sponsor is active. There are far more qualified leaders that are active with SFI. If it's guidelines you want, what better way to learn than from those who have been where you are now and have succeeded. Visit the 'Overall Leaderboard', select the leaders you feel drawn to, connect with them on a2a and ask for advice. They will be more than willing to help you.

Don't let your inactive sponsor discourage you. With training, perseverance and hard work you will succeed for sure and can even earn more than inactive members in your upline team.

My CSA.

I easily wanted to give up because I had no idea what I was getting myself into. The abundance of training material that I had to read through, immediately discouraged me as I didn't have the time to read through it all.
That was untill I saw my CSA advancing on the ranks and I thought to myself, "what kind of example am I setting here?" How am I suppose to help my CSA grow his business? Our business? It was then that I sat down and actually read through some of the information available here and that immediately was the turning point for me.

You only give up when you think it's too hard. Read through your training material, make notes and understand what you're reading. You'll realise it's not the rocket science that you thought it was.Your background knowledge of this business and this industry is what you should be aiming for. Once you fully inderstand this, ideas will come immediately and that alone will be motivation enough to help market/promote/grow your business.

We all just need to sit down, read, understand and most of all THINK.

Why is it important?
It is your chance for flying in Auto-Pilot.

Auto-Pilot does two things:
1. It relieves the pilot from his duty
2. It flies the aircraft for miles!
A pilot switches to auto-pilot for a short break because he knows he can trust and rely on 'Auto-Pilot' whenever he needs to. He knows the plane will be just as safe as if it were him flying. So that cuts down his workload by more than half. The only time he takes control of his aircraft is if there is an emergency or if he needs to land/take-off.


Make relations.

Duplication does two things:
1. It cuts your workload in half/or more!
2. You are able to advance in this race!
You still grow your business, You still get outstanding results, you still become successful, BUT with ease.

However, just as the pilot is responsible for his plane. You too are required to provide your team with the BEST support, advise and help whenever you need to.

This is exactly what I went through before I started my SFI business.
My partner knew I joined because of sentimental reasons (long story) but he didn't trust SFI enough.
We googled and researched SFI and the results only made him dislike SFI even more.
BUT! The one thing that stood out no doubt was the fact that affiliates had access to a wealth of training material for FREE.So my partner agreed that I could join on the condition that I learn about SFI and Internet Marketing. Understand fully before investing any money. He also gave me a time limit, if I don't accomplish anything good by then then I am gone!
Setting goals for ourselves has encouraged me to work hard to prove to my partner that this is legit.

You should also ask your partner if he could allow you a few months also to prove to him that this works.

This will require you working even harder but it'll be worth it.
