In simple words the reason we are here is to make money. The question is how do we make money and how do we make it a sustainable proposition. That's where "Duplication" plays a vital role.
As is the case with most MLM business it is important to create large teams which can generate residual income over a period of time. We have two choices here. Either we go the whole hog to recruit as many people as possible and wait for them to be active or be pro-active enough to work the recruited associates to perform certain actions that would make them successful. Making them realize they can make their down line do the same with minimal effort and find success is what in the true sense called "duplication".
What would want to duplicate?
1. Empathy
2. Rigor and discipline
3. Establish and work towards a goal/objective
4. Support
5. Pro-active communication
6. Achievement motivation
7. Strong sense of team and its dynamics.
Ultimately, duplication is critical for the "multiplier effect" to kick in on future income stream.
