In simple words the reason we are here is to make money. The question is how do we make money and how do we make it a sustainable proposition. That's where "Duplication" plays a vital role.

As is the case with most MLM business it is important to create large teams which can generate residual income over a period of time. We have two choices here. Either we go the whole hog to recruit as many people as possible and wait for them to be active or be pro-active enough to work the recruited associates to perform certain actions that would make them successful. Making them realize they can make their down line do the same with minimal effort and find success is what in the true sense called "duplication".

What would want to duplicate?

1. Empathy
2. Rigor and discipline
3. Establish and work towards a goal/objective
4. Support
5. Pro-active communication
6. Achievement motivation
7. Strong sense of team and its dynamics.

Ultimately, duplication is critical for the "multiplier effect" to kick in on future income stream.

"The proof the pudding is in eating it". The best way to convince your partner to invest in SFI is to show the benefit it accrues. If you already are somebody who has run the business over a reasonable period of time then perhaps showing the following will help convince him/her:

1. Credibility - Give a tour of SFI to establish the credibility of the business.
2. Community - show the SFI community - Forum, support, affiliates etc. Show healthy the community is.
3. Platform - To show the enormity of investment done by SFI. It not only establishes credibility but also shows commitment, seriousness in doing business
4. Fair play - Show some examples of fair pay. How auctions are controlled through rules to benefit all -1st win, Junior etc.
5. Duplication - The effect of duplication. Showing some working would help.
6. Triple Clicks - How SFI business is well blended with E-commerce
7. Price benders- Showing the exciting side of penny auctions.

Last but not the least how it gives you a sense of ownership and self worth that we as human beings die for.

Qualifying as a team leader is just an entry criteria. What needs to happen after is not only important to you as a leader but its equally important, if not more, for the members who are a part of your team.Leading a team in SFI is not significantly different than leading a team in your office environment. Both require the same time,effort and empathy. The only difference is physical Vs virtual That also is undergoing a change as more and more leaders are managing business virtually.

First and foremost we are responsible for careers, aspirations of our team members. Then comes the following:

1. Empathy - Have empathy to the needs & aspirations of hte associates.
2. Knowledge - Try passing on experiences to enhance knowledge. Help them constantly upgrade their knowledge
3. Empower - Facilitate their ability to do tasks/to take decisions on their own.
4. Update - Provide them with knowledge of their business and also knowledge of the industry.
5. Belonging - Develop a sense of belonging by helping them morally,constantly motivating them developing a sense of belonging.
6. Enthuse - Come out with schemes, contests which can enthuse them to be more participative.

Most importantly we as leaders need to make ourselves redundant for the team. The reason why I am saying redundant is because redundancy comes out of equipping the team in full which means we would have done our job by passing all the knowledge we have acquired over a period of time.

The best way to convince people that SFI is legit is by showing proof of success, scale of operation and perhaps some of the testimonials from old members who have made life out of SFI.

It is obvious that when we look at opportunities on the web we look for a business which can be created and run from the confines of home. We look for convenience, reliability and but not the least a business that generates income. I think we should address each of these when we speak to prospects. we could speak about the following facts to show the sheer scale and the legitimacy of SFI business and how they cannot wind up just like that even if they want considering the sheer scale and the sheet commitment of Gary Carson who has built the business bottoms up"

1. Global business - Can be done from anywhere, anytime.
2. Technology - Huge investments that have gone into creating the business. We are talking about the backbone of the business which takes in millions and capable of taking more. Needs some serious investment to run such a business.
3.Tenure - Online businesses without a proper model typically fold up in a year or two. SFI has been there for 14 years and still going strong.
4.Policies - The policies and procedure clearly show that there is a wonderful brain behind the business which has not only created a successful business model but also ensured that people are set up for success and all help and assistance are provided in the form training, support etc.
5.SFI espouses running a business with minimum financial commitment. That in itself is a big testimony to its legitimacy and intentions.
6.SFI is not a stand alone business. It is intertwined with triple clicks, Wave3 etc which shows a commitment towards providing total customer experience/
7.Examples of people who have succeeded. Give examples of people such Erich Winnecke, Bing etc who have struck on for the last 13 years and enjoying the success today.
8. Talk about the products in Triple clicks. If reputed brands such a Apple, LG etc are ready to sell in triple clicks that shows that they are confident that the business is legit.
