Thats a very good question. In my opinion I think both are important.
If you have an ECA you will earn 10% of all the sales he makes and suppose your PRM buys from your referred ECA then you will get another 45% of the CV and VP as well... But you will be earning only commission only..
A team is also very necessary to get the higher ranks. Though some people think if they are earning enough from commissions then they need noy work that hard for a tea. But thats not true. There should be a balance in every business. The rank is also important which can be earned by a team for which you will need PSA.. Not only PSA.. You will need ACTIVE PSA.
