Both PSAs and ECAs generate income but when look carefully at the question, one will take note of the word 'QUICKEST'.

1. PSAs generate the quickest income. Why? because the moment an affiliate sign-up he/she begin to build up his/her business. It has become necessary for any affiliate who want to reach and maintain EA Rank to set up a Standing Order. And we all know that by setting up Standing Order you have to purchase in TripleClicks. PSAs will want to set up Standing Order, subscribe to S-Builder Co-op, bid in auction etc, all these require the PSAs to make a purchase and once purchase is made you have your % as their sponsor.

2. ECAs general the substantial income. Why? because you earn interest on all their products they sell though one cannot predict when those sale will take place as it depend on the ECA marketing strategy and the kind of product they are offering to the public.

PSAs Income- almost immediately when sign-up is made.
ECAs Income- have to wait until product is sold.

I considered the PSAs as the quickest based on the question asked but ECAs produce the substantial income.
