It depends on which type of affiliates you have, active or inactive.

If most of affiliates from your team are active then you can focus on increment of new affiliates. If number of active members in your team grows then your income will be grow.

For inactive member of your team you can focus on motivation. Approx 4000 to 5000 affiliates join SFI daily but only 1-5 % of them are active. Rest of them are inactive due to lack of motivation and to the fancy of get rich overnight. The motivation factors are different for every person but most people can be motivated through monetary benefits So, I think if you focus on presenting the earning part of SFI & TC then most of affiliates may become active.
