First you should tell them to pay atention at some tasks
that they should do to earn first 500 VP's, what will get them
Fast Track badge and 200 VP's bonus, and help them do them.
Then you should point them to LAUNCHPAD lessons, SFI BASICS,
and, after they have read them, at SFI RULES OF SUCCESS.
Of course, you should leave impression that they can always
contact you for assistance, and that you will be there for them.
You should only show them the way, but they must go through it alone.
Not because it would be hard for you, but becouse that way, they would
learn more, and they would make better at what they do.
After that you should only give them small tips, from time to time,
and answer few questions they ask (or show them where they can find answers).
