My oppinion about this is:
1.People who sell hand made products, they rarely have a physical store, so opening an ECA for online selling is a great opportunity for them. 90% of ECAs I reffered sells handmade products.
2.Local small businesses, like local boutiques, gift shops… They usually have little money for advertising, so ECA is a great opportunity for them, too.
