Its very important for every ECA to put useful information about the content of their store in the tconnect page. Some ECA have listed plenty of products. So every customer doesn't have ample time to see all the products listed.

So if the ECA mentions what products are listed then maybe it will be helpful for the customers to find out easily whether what they are looking for is in the store or not.

And if possible a very very brief explanation of each products. At the end The customers should be thanked to visit their store. It is not compulsory but a good message will put a good impression on the customers.
