Having said that, I would continue to send out a monthly mail to all affiliates encouraging them letting them know that Nothing has to remain the way it is if YOU dont want it to be. Life is tough and many face language and economic barriers. A little understanding and encouragement will go a long way.
The truth is Everybody with the proper support and desire can succeed in this business, if they want to. So as a leader your job is to help them overcome their fears, lack of understanding and assist if possible in removing whatever barriers they have. Those who truly want to build the business will respond, those who don't are unlikely to respond.
Sometimes the real question is Why did they sign up in the first place? From what I can see, is that many don't understand what they are responding too, or simply want to see what's on the inside of SFI.
So in these cases, dont despair. You can however send them positive encouragement to join, share a dream, share your story, paint a vision of what SFI is and can be to them.
Perhaps in some way unknown to you, your mail is what they need to read. It may provide some hope, or trigger a referral or offer support when needed.
How you respond is what sets you apart as a leader and builds your brand. Pay It Forward, Give Value in your mail, expect nothing in return.
In time the Law of Attraction will make you a Magnetic leader for caring. So many people get into this business to help others.
This is how you do so, even if they are not active. What you say may change somebody's life, so act responsibly with caring and passion expecting nothing back in return.
