Having said that, I would continue to send out a monthly mail to all affiliates encouraging them letting them know that Nothing has to remain the way it is if YOU dont want it to be. Life is tough and many face language and economic barriers. A little understanding and encouragement will go a long way.

The truth is Everybody with the proper support and desire can succeed in this business, if they want to. So as a leader your job is to help them overcome their fears, lack of understanding and assist if possible in removing whatever barriers they have. Those who truly want to build the business will respond, those who don't are unlikely to respond.

Sometimes the real question is Why did they sign up in the first place? From what I can see, is that many don't understand what they are responding too, or simply want to see what's on the inside of SFI.

So in these cases, dont despair. You can however send them positive encouragement to join, share a dream, share your story, paint a vision of what SFI is and can be to them.

Perhaps in some way unknown to you, your mail is what they need to read. It may provide some hope, or trigger a referral or offer support when needed.

How you respond is what sets you apart as a leader and builds your brand. Pay It Forward, Give Value in your mail, expect nothing in return.

In time the Law of Attraction will make you a Magnetic leader for caring. So many people get into this business to help others.

This is how you do so, even if they are not active. What you say may change somebody's life, so act responsibly with caring and passion expecting nothing back in return.

How quickly is quickly?

Today's society demands instant "everything". We all want to be an overnight success.
Some will be and others will take much longer, but the bulk will fail.

Success is earned through failure. If you have failed enough, you will build an SFI business quickly!

Sounds like a stupid comment, right? An experienced marketer who understands the paradigm shift of traditional business to online will no doubt be at home on this site from day 1 or 2. Other than format and finding where things are, there is nothing new.

But to succeed you must want to. You must know why you are doing the business. You must have something to focus on that inspires you that drives you. You must want to win and have a Vision of what you want to achieve. Above all you must have the right attitude.

Without the right attitude, nothing else really matters. You will ultimately fail.
You attitude drives you, not your aptitude. But to succeed you need both focuses on achieving your vision.

Life is full of lessons. Bad experiences teach us many lessons, but you have to be willing to learn. So too with SFI. If it takes you five years to succeed versus five months, does it matter? Of course it matters, but for some the lessons to be learned will take longer than others, depending on your attitude and experiences.

It's a journey. The timing will depend on how you learn from failures along the way.

So the best strategy for earning quickly in SFI starts with attitude, then aptitude for setting strategies, refining them based on results. We win a little bit everyday, until we have won a lot.

I'd say that you have yet to meet the individuals that will carry you to success, that close family and freinds don't make the best business partners.

I'd say it's easier to find strangers who will join than to convince those you know.

I'd say it's to your advantage not knowing too many people, because you will find ways of getting to know thousands.I'd then suggest a few examples of how to find the right type of person.

You see your success is dependant on finding likeminded individuals who share your dream and passion to build an online business. It's unlikely that you know any, and if you do will they join you? It's better to first get involved in SFI, become an expert in the business, then use SFI methods to find affiliates. Once you've established yourself and are seen to be succesful approach your freinds and family. At that stage their criticism wont matter and you may get one or two joining you.

You can also tell others who have the same objection to joining, that when you started you knew nobody and nothing about the business, and what you found was a support system that trained you how to overcome all obstacles. You only need five good affiliates, but to find them will mean recruiting many.So not knowing many people should be seen as an oppotunity to learn and overcome obstacles. SFI teaches life lessons, it will teach you how to expand your group of freinds and business associates. So what have you got to lose?

Tell an inspirational story!

As the saying goes, when the dream is big enough, the facts don't matter.
Focus on "Why" to join, not "How" to join.

Find an inspirational story that will resonate with your audience. Let them relate and see themselves in the roll of a successful SFI business owner. What would that mean for them, how would their life change?

Try give them some perspective of the Paradigm Shift that is takeing place during their lifetime. How the Digital Revolution has created massive opportunities, how the Internet is replacing the old way of doing business. Create excitement, a sense of urgency highlighting the "landgrab" taking place right now. Timing matters. Internet millionaires are being created daily. What are they doing to be part of this Massive transference of wealth?

Ask them what happens if they don't see the opportunity being presented? Where will they be in five years time, what will business look like, will they have a job?

Then tell them nothing happens unless they decide to take action. It might be their defining moment, it might be what secures their families future. They need to take control of their futures, and the future is online.

It's irrelevant how the site works, they need to get into the game and learn first hand how to become part of the online business community.

All their questions will be answered in good time, mostly through discovery and the guidance of the mentor programme in place. The only relevant question to ask upfront is what happens if I fail to act?

1. Are you being rejected because you failed to properly present the opportunity?
2. Who is your target market?
3. Do you know why they aren’t interested?
4. Can you establish a pattern?

Being able to rationalise the rejection will enable us to improve on our skills. So we should see rejection as a guide to helping us improve our targeting, presentation and closing skills.

Following on this, we should take what works and understand why.

When canvassing for new recruits we should not see rejection as failure, but instead as an opportunity to improve.

It's true to say that even the most skilled recruiter will face rejection. In times like these we must accept that many people simply don't qualify to be in our business and properly never will. Our job is to find those who do and ensure we are properly equipped to lead them and win their trust. As for the rest who don't qualify, simply move on.

Take what works and drop what doesn't. See rejection as a guide to perfecting your approach and then simply try, and try again.

Success is a process of overcoming failure. Without failure, how would we know what not to do? It's the same with rejection. The important thing however, is how we deal with failure or in this case rejection.

Never allow rejection to dominate your thoughts. Instead try to understand what the other person is rejecting to. Armed with this knowledge you can steer a customer's thoughts by removing the obstacles.

It's a game of self-improvement. Every day we learn something new. Remember with each rejection we become stronger, so embrace the challenge!

It's all about the way we see things that determines who succeeds or quits!

Ambition, Drive, Knowledge and Experience give you the edge to succeed quickly, but unless you Love what you do, you will have great difficulty in succeeding.

In this business duplication is the key to success. That means you need to build a team that wants to win, that are passionate about what they are doing and ethuisiastic in their approach.Those SFI members who start with a positive winning attitude and are prepared to try, to be teachable, to read, to follow the simple steps as set out in the site will advance quicker than others.

However we are not all alike, we come from differrent backgrounds, family circumstances and economic enviroments. Sometimes the first lesson is to accept that to win, we need to change our attitudes. There is nothing for nothing. It takes hard work, consistant action and guidance from an experienced mentor.To stay in the game we need to have a "why" that will help get us through the difficult times.

Why do we want to do this business, what drives us to succeed? Emotion is a powerful tool when used correctly and our "Why" must have meaning. We all work to create a lifestyle for ourselves and family. Few ever find their perfect job. Most of us don't work because we like working. So find something you love to do and do it well. SFI is not for everybody, you got to want it.

So those that have the tenacity to see a project through, that are enthuisiastic and have a winning attitude will attract others. Everybody likes to be on the winning team, to feel important and to know that they are doing something meaningful. Those who fit into this catagory know their "Why" and will succeed a lot quicker than those who happenned to find SFI.

Today we all expect instant results.For those in SFI that expect to have instant results without doing the work, I say you need to "change your outlook" or you will get bored and fail.

For those who know their "Why" , I say congratulations.

But just knowing your "Why" is not enough if you want to succeed quickly. You need to take MASSIVE action, TODAY. Habits take about two weeks to form, so for those who develop the right habits in SFI, success will follow.

You also need to work smart. This a business and as such planning is crucial. I'm new to the site and my first priority has been to learn as much as I can as quickly as I can. Knowledge enables me to focus my planning and try out different strategies. In time I will hit upon a formuale that works for me.

All this because I WANT TO! I am loving what I do, its exciting, I'm learning something new everyday, making freinds all over the world and at the same time building a business. I have taken control over my future, have you?

Find your "Why" and go after your dreams with passion. Thats what makes us different, some win and some loose. It's all because of the way you think!

Stay positive, find mentors who are succesful and learn from them.
