What would you consider to be too much and unnecessary communication with your team?

Sending Emails to your down line more than once a week is probably too much.

Un-necessary communication is anything about other programs and and other non-SFI topics.

If something truly important comes along, I want to pass the information along as soon as possible with a subject line which can not be ignored.

If your emails are not carefully checked for spelling and gramatical errors they will probably fall in the "un-necessary" category.
