More than twice sending emails and group mailings can be considered too much, because as our weekly action states, once a week is enough and that's the reason why we are awarded certain vp for that action, unless our CSA/PSA beg for help to explain some topics not clear to your team can be given some consideration.
Let your team be aware of the information that SFI was all about and stick to the rules. Just encourage them to read and understand, then unnecessary communication with your team can be lessen
