I would take a look at this matter this way: Certainly we all know from our past experiences life impressions that a communication is always about:
Communication goals- to my mind every single communication in the world must naturally lead to
wished conclusions. Everyone should realise what a sentence or words bring and also should imagine
how it feels ,, upsidedown‘‘- it means how he felt ,, on the other side‘‘.
Some measure of empathy- simply said maybe like the popular saying says: ,, Try to walk a mile in my shoes.‘‘
It should be considered what‘s going on with some team members, etc.
