In the beginning, when a person becomes a part of your team, he needs to give guidance on how and what to do. Also, it should be familiar with the basic concepts and explain the importance of continuous reading and learning about the work of SFI. When I come out and see if he understood what his job is, let him know that I still do. I need to gain some habits to break that fear might be hiding within himself. If you constantly monitor and do not talk so, do it like this, will never gain confidence
