It is normal for all affiliates to experience like what you have had on your team.In my own case with only two affiliates after two months who are still very active and many of them not moving despite a lot of messages,tips and encouragement,it doesn't bother me too much because it is given for people who will take this business for serious or not.This will not stop me for doing what I need to do and what must be done just because they are not doing their part.
I still kept on sending messages sometimes 2x a week and hoping someday all this inactive members including CSA will come back and will work more than what I am doing today.So don't lose your hope and keep on searching for the right one.
