You must approach contact with sensitivity, gaining your PSA's trust is absolutely essential to insure a long and healthy relationship. Be personable, if affiliates don't feel that you cant relate to one another they will likely not communicate with you. Also, be informative. Information is an invaluable tool, when your team learns from you, they will likely be very responsive to communication. Lastly, ask open ended questions. When people feel like you are interested in what they have to say, they are likely to say a lot.
