With everything else in this business the same is true here, never give up. The keys to success are no secret, we see them all over this site. Educate yourself on the system and never give up. Just because a PSA does nothing, that does not mean they have fallen off the face of the earth. Have faith that they will return and continue to send them weekly messages (tips and advice). Even though no business is for everyone, you've come this far so don't give up. Continue building your business and eventually they might come around.

How do you get your affiliates engaged and conversing regularly with you?

I like to look at this situation the same way i look at dating, bare with me. When sending messages it is crucial that you are polite, courteous, and self aware. You must approach contact with sensitivity, gaining your PSA's trust is absolutely essential to insure a long and healthy relationship. Be personable, if affiliates don't feel that you cant relate to one another they will likely not communicate with you. Also, be informative. Information is an invaluable tool, when your team learns from you, they will likely be very responsive to communication. Lastly, ask open ended questions. When people feel like you are interested in what they have to say, they are likely to say a lot.
