The best thing you could do is to just keep showing your downlines where the "water" is. Stay consistent, positive and encouraging in your communications with them. Use your downline mailer to share your own successes for encouragement as well, for example if you win a Daily Grand drawing, or a Pick The Price contest.
Share with them some tips and links to the SFI pages that offer advice on achieving EA status, ways to promote their own links, and the wide variety of ways they could earn income with SFI and TripleClicks. If you are able to, offer rewards such as a gift certificate for being an active affiliate.
Remain steady in your course and continue to lead by example. You won't be able to make an affiliate become active, but if you continue to present the "water", the ones that are thirsty enough will drink!
