Pressuring them to buy wave 3, or products in tripleclicks! Pressuring them to become EA2 or higher, etc... Your problems at home! If you are unsuccessful, then don't share that! Otherwise, be positive, driven, motivated and inspire your team! Also If they are not moving up for couple months, I think its pointless to communicate with them also!!!
