To get affiliates engaged and converse regularly, I would suggest the following;
1. Send a welcoming team mail for new affiliates introducing yourself while they are on line. The idea is to make them understand that SFI is a real internet business opportunity and that their sponsor is real. If the affiliate replies, then make the most of it and tell them about SFI and give the Getting started tips, which for me is the SFI BASICS and the LAUNCHPAD lessons. Tell them to contact you if they need further assistance.
2. Monitor their performance regularly and if they start working on their business, give them more tips or simply send them a mail just to say hi and offer any assistance. If they do not do anything, give them a couple of days and send them team mail again offering any assistance.
3. For those who do not reply, just keep sending weekly mails. For those who start to do their work daily, you have to monitor to find out what time of the day(your local time) this affiliate logs in to work on SFI then try to communicate at that time period as it will seem the most convenient time for them.
4. Try to freely discuss your experience with them, your successes and also your mistakes so that they can avoid those mistakes. This will engage the affiliate to converse with you regularly because you have built a relationship on trust.
