I have been asked numerous times, during my 3 months with SFI, by affiliates who were probably a2a contacts, for assistance. In one case the request followed a friend request so he could feel free to ask. He got a badge soon after. Other times, I am not sure from where they came. The questions were sometimes quite technical. I wondered, doesn't this affiliate have a sponsor. Well, I answer all the best I can. Once I saw a comment to a Stream of mine. I don't know the guy. I saw this a week or so after the "I wish someone would tell me how to do that". So I gathered the info and sent it to him. He replied,"Whats this?" I copied his comment to my Stream and sent it to him. He replied, "Oh, now I remember."
Their is a lot of help and assistance in a2a, because there are a lot of good people. I make the a2a connections. I should make better use of my connections. It is a personality defect, but I am getting over it.
