Well the very thing to do is to communicate with them as early as you can once you received them as sign-up. Communicate with them early, welcome them and let them know about what the SFI can do for them and you can help them as their sponsor. Don’t mention about becoming EA first or maintaining 1,500 VPs. What you will do is to guide them to get started, let them watch the video guide. Tell them how to earn VP’s explain to them is VP all about.
Then monitor their VPs and to-do list, if you noticed that they aren’t able to earn VP in a day offer them a help and guide them how to do it. Communicate with them at least three times a week. Encourage and remind them to read forum posts, ASK SC questions and news these are very important because lots of ideas there that will surely boost their eagerness to continue to learn about SFI.
Encourage them also to visit the Rank Page and let them add some of Team Leaders to become their A2A friends. If you have A2A friend that is in a higher rank let your affiliates add them, this will help them know that they are real and so are you.
Be careful mentioning about becoming an EA through standing order if you fail to tell them the benefits of VP’s. If they qualified as EA for the first month and then EA2, don’t tell them that they must have standing order to maintain their rank, instead encourage them to make sales. And let them know and see the benefits of becoming EA every month. But even though they can’t qualify as EA for the third month cheer them up, tell them its okay we will just focus first in learning by continuing to read ASK SC, Forum Posts and news.
Finally, if they are eager to earn VP’s by doing their to-do list every day reward them for doing so. And surely they will contact you always.
