This is an interesting question.
I have since realized that it one cannot get an affiliates to do anything unless they desire it themselves. But all the same sending motivational messages and posting on your leadership page might influence one or two to respond and engage in communication with you.
Some affiliates hold regular jobs and have hectic schedules with very little time for their homepage; hence every time they get an opportunity they tend to want to focus on their daily actions and building their business than converse as such they interact very minimally with their up-line. I personally have only three affiliates who always respond to my messages or acknowledge having read my team mail; stream or blog. The rest don't, but that shouldn't discourage you and I from offering continued support and sharing tips and how as a team we could improve our performance; Because though some never write back, am positive that they do benefit from what you share with them and appreciate your coaching and mentorship... as long as we don't re-invent the wheel, lets keep on keeping on.
