The answer to this question is quite easy.
You should go to the a2a tab. There are 3 options:
1. Recommended friends for you;
2. New a2a members; and
3. Friend finder.
So, you can get yours a2a friends from every of these 3 mentioned options. When you find a chosen a2a friend, then you just put friend request.
These friends are very valuable, because there is mutually offering of positive support and assistance.
