A2a Isn't really for support and assistance. We have the Support Desk, forum, sponsors and cosponsors for this. A2a is really more for brainstorming, making friends, and getting to know people. It also helps to alleviate boredom and gives you a way to kick back and have fun chatting with others and getting to know each other.
However, sometimes A2a friends do come to us for help. And if this happens we should all be willing to do whatever it takes to provide that help, even if they're not in our downline. But first, I usually ask them to ask their sponsor first, and if they're not willing, I am quite willing to help them.
How do you get them to offer it? Actually I don't try to get them to. That's more a job for your sponsor, or theirs, and not something that A2a is for.
