The only way to find affiliates that are truly interested in SFI and will remain active is to sponsor, sponsor, sponsor, and sponsor some more. You may come across family and/or friends that are interested in SFI, but more than likely, you will have to sponsor hundreds of people...maybe a thousand or more just to find a handful of truly interested SFI affiliates. I have sponsored many affiliates who I thought were going to be truly interested in SFI, only to find out they were not. Most affiliates did nothing, a few did some work, one promoted to Silver Team Leader and it seemed like she was truly interested, but she quit. I now have one BTL that seems truly interested, but I'm not getting too excited just yet. Just keep sponsoring, sorting through the numbers. There are people out there waiting for SFI to come along, but you will have to sort through the masses to find them. Don't give up!
