It shows that YOU are taking action, not only that you are the're sponsor taking action. That changes the perspective and perception that your downline thinks about you as their sponsor. Seeing that you really want to have something to do with them and they are not just a paycheck. Be seen, speak up, and listen, let them know you are there.
