If you are a Team Leader you're gonna have matching vps for anything your PSAs or CSAs do ans if they use it to purchase stuff why you get some commissions off it. so i'm guessing at the end of the day you have a lot to benefit from transfer of credits. Don't do it often so they don't come to rely on you to move ahead though, use it to assist those affiliates you know would be of benefit to you.
