The only time I would suggest you transfer TCredits to someone in your downline is if they are very active and you see they still need a few extra action VP to maintain their rank at the end of the month. They will surely appreciate them and will put them to good use by bidding on an auction at TripleClicks thereby gaining those extra action points.
In that case, you will both be gratified by your gesture and you will earn the gratitude and respect you deserve for being such an awesome sponsor.
In any other case, I wouldn't recommend giving your downline any TCredits. I really don't see much benefit for you personally. Let me tell you why:
If they are totally inactive they won't know what they are or how to use them and probably won't even acknowledge they received them;
If they are semi-active or only log into SFI sporadically, chances are they have been to TripleClicks but haven't really bothered to learn about the benefits of having TCredits;
If they are sufficiently active, they already know about the free TCredits they can win at the T-Time and PTP contests. Instead of giving them a few TCredits, remind them to participate in those contests. They will probably end up winning a whole lot more TCredits than you would have been able to give.
Also, let us not forget that SFI already gives out free TCredits every month to motivate and reward those who maintain their rank, so they are essentially doing that for you and your active downline precisely so that you don't have to.
Why don't YOU use them instead. Bid in auctions to earn extra VP for a bigger share in the Executive Pool, or set them aside for when someone accepts your offer to list their first garage sale item for free on TripleClicks.
Of course, if you are swimming in TCredits and truly feel the need to give some away, I am most happy to help you, ha ha!
