We benefit from giving or transferring TCredits to our PSAs or CSAs by the action that will result from the gift. If the purpose of giving TCredit is to help our PSAs or CSAs to participate in Pricebender auction, the resultant increase in their action VP will help them achieve a higher rank which, of course, results in us receiving a higher VP match up as well. It made us and our PSAs and CSAs happy, especially if it results in a win for them.
This is our first test in making our PSAs and CSAs understand and feel our sincerity that we want them to succeed first before we can succeed ourselves.
