Benefits of transferring TCredits to your PSA's and CSA's as,
They can use it for bidding and win PB action by that they get more VP's. So that you also earn more Matching VP's on TC Executive pool.
If you transfer it for getting their EA status you get 100 VP's
If they get BTL you get 150 VP's and so on.
SFI use the TCredit transfer for rewarding your PSA's and CSA's.
Every time you Rewarding them they have inspire to get more VP's.
You get benefit by not only transferring Gift Certificate but also get benefit by transfer of TCredits.
So, Not think on what is the benefit.
