a team.Actually this thing happens in certain conditions that we need to analyze.

Here I would like to tell one thing.

For example a farmer.What a farmer needs to harvest?seeds.
Problem solved.A farmer would never plant useless or unworthy seeds.
Before the plantation he checks every seed care fully.Then he plants them.okay!
Then after plantation,when the leaves spurt out,the plants start to grow,Here the
Complete concentration he pays to let the plants grow well.
Like that in the very beginning,we need to observe a person very carefully while
introducing our sfi business opportunity.We should never introduce this to each and,
every one in a hurry.
Of course we need to develop the team,and gain the position like BTL,....an d other
positions in jet speed so we need as much as more sign ups,this is not a good
attitude.
Like a farmer we need to think we need to analyze a person is fit to this business or not.Then the percentage of quitters will be lesser to lesser comparatively with other leaders quitters percentage my Dear and Dear Friends!
