Thanks for asking such a question that's common for most Affilates.

Regarding to the question i want to say first.

" People will follow you, are you ready to lead them? "

There are some tips according to my opinion.

1 . Don't worry about the quiting of people.

2 . Working in SfI is my own decision not others.

3 . Believe on yourself that you can do it.

4 . First Check the System and then believe on it.

5 . Keep in mind who is respnsible for your success, you or others?.

6 . besides worrying about others, prepare your self (by learning SFI BASICS, LESSIONS and other training materials provided by SFI management free.).

7 . Learn.. learn... learn and become a master degree holder of SFI.

8 . Put yourself as an example by doing actions provided by SFI system.

9 . Put Yourself as an example by doing sale purchase actions at TripleClick.

10. If there is any doubt in your mind about any work, do that first.


Set yourself as an example for your team.

Don't froget peoples are watching you, they will follow you, prepare yourself to lead them.
