You cannot keep your downline from quitting and giving up, but you can give them incentives, your personal time, your coaching and a "can do" attitude. Constantly check on them, if they need their hand to be held, hold their hand. Quitting and giving up is usually due to frustration, not seeing money right away, not having the patience to see it through, and a lack of attention (sometimes) from their Sponsor. That is why is is so important to stick close to your Affiliates and make yourself accessible to them 24/7. Give them more than one way to reach you. Give them praises, and reward them for a good job. If they still quit or give up, move on to the next Affiliate and repeat the same methods with them. Sometimes the other one may come back, but don't allow that "quitter" or the "give up" Affiliate break your stride. Keep on keeping on, and you will see how much easier it gets, and how much more you will learn in the process!
