I have read so many answers to the question asking about, how to keep your downline from quitting SFI, I agree with many of the answers because no one has control over another persons actions, feelings, or reasoning on what they want to do or why they want to do or whatever!
Ex: My child did not want to wear glasses even after the Dr. said she needed them. The family went nuts trying to prove to her that she should get glasses. Why? was asked many times, her answer was, she would look ugly, she would be laughed at and many other excuses. One day after finding out she really could not see how to read something very important she tried on her sisters glasses even though it was a different strength it made a difference, enough so that after getting her glasses you can’t tell her anything now, she can see.
The only thing to be done for our affiliates is, keep them informed of the things they need to get the goals they set for themselves and be a back-up for them when they need help in any way. They should be told the truth from day one of how things are and that they will need to work for what it is they aspire too. One day the light bulb will light up and that will be the day for AIMING HIGH and DREAMING BIG
