There are a few strategies which you can employ to keep your downline from quitting or giving up on SFI. Sometimes these strategies work and sometimes they do not, but in
the end if our downline quits then we should not be at fault.
The first thing we can do is to ensure that once we are assigned new downline that we welcome them. We should ensure that we do a personal welcome to each affiliate especially when we are assigned a small number of affiliates. Introduce yourself and let your downline know that you will be there to assist them if they face any difficulties.
You can also check their VP ledger and remind them of some of the actions they can take in order to earn VPs. Use a step by step approach. Do not bombard your downline with too much information at once. If you do this they will become overwhelmed. You may also realize that your downline will respond to you if they have found your tips helpful.
The next strategy is to live up to your word and be there for your team. Make sure that you are there to answer their queries because affiliates get discouraged when they ask their upline for assistance and do do even get a response.
Cheer on your downline as well. When you see them making progress, send a personal message or post it to your stream. You can also send out a team mail. Your downline will be motivated to work even harder.
If you follow all these steps then it is most likely that you will have many followers. I know that everyone will not respond in a positive way but there must be a few who will.
