This is my answer to your question. If a person wants to quit that is their choice. You can make them aware of what they are loosing but you can't stop them from quitting. I remember in 1980 at a Mountain Retreat there was a hiking trail that went high in the mountains. You were in the clouds when you reach a certain point. There was a young lady with our party that was afraid of heights and she wanted to turn back. She could not convince anyone to turn back with her so she continued to climb with the group to the top. When we got back to the campsite she was so thrilled at what she had accomplished she began to cry. We all rejoiced with her.
Some people become overwhelmed by what they are facing and see it as an obstacle, so if we can give them encouragement and point out what they will gain I think that will help. This business does freighting you when you begin but you have find the one that is your size and put it on. SFI is one of the few that offers so much to its affiliates to get them started.
Sometimes people have to quit and start over again before they realize what they have thrown away. We cannot become depressed if we lose a PSA once we have given them our best advise.
