I truly do appreciate this question. It is not only down-line members that can give up on SFI but it also applies to those of us who support a down-line too.
I find communication to be the #1 strategy in supporting down-line members to continue on in their development of their own SFI business. SFI is built on co-operation and support, thus communication is an important feature of such.
It is important to communicate, not only about SFI, but also to communicate with down-line members about "WHY" they have joined SFI so that their passion can continue to motivate them to press on when times feel slow and/or difficult. Understanding another person's "WHY" will also enable you to improve your role as a support to be a custom-fit for their needs too.
Communication on a regular basis provides comfort to those who receive your messages that you are present and actively there as a support for not only your own efforts but also for the efforts of your down-line members.
