The question actually is about two different actions. Quitting SFI and Giving up on SFI.
The one who has Quit can be deemed as opted out. So our time will be well spent and our efforts worthwhile if we concentrate on those who are Giving up on SFI
While we deal with the problem of affiliates giving up on SFI, we find that there are people who just signup but do not even confirm their email ID, which is mandatory for registration with SFI and those who do not do a single action since signup. It may not be worthwhile to look for remedy in these cases. But it will really be worthwhile to turn towards the people who earnestly started as you and me with SFI and at certain point of time will feel like giving up.
Most will agree with me that after the easy and fast scoring of 1500 VPs in the first month, the testing time usually comes in second or third month. That is when one realizes that one has to score selling points of 1500 VPS in addition to the required action points.
It is too early to have an active downline, for most of us want to have a feel of success in SFI even before approaching our 'warm; market. Not withstanding all the tips about earning the required Versa Points without a Standing Order which fetches us 1500 VPS, it is inevitable that one has to have one or more Standing orders to progress well in SFI, that too month after month for a few months. Because the other methods advocate playing T-Time, bidding, winning in draws in Daily grand and E365 or Wave 3 draws for earning VPs and these need not solely depend on your hard work. This is the time they pause and take stock of the situation.
'To give up? or to go ahead?'
So what can we do? Apart from the daily actions and other advocated actions, it will go a long way if a deserving one gets a gift certificate of $10. One can earn more than 500 VPs by judiciously using them. It will definitely help them to stretch the points tally. Pre-information about the quantity of CSAs they will be getting on attaining certain milestones, holds out hope and can motivate them to continue to work.
They might have been discouraged by reading a few posts of difficulty and failure which brings dismay in the minds. But giving them the links to the great tips and forum posts of endurance and success of the SFI leaders,at regular basis will work as tonic and inspiration to the downline affiliates.
Sharing the knowledge which we have gained also gives them a real start up.
Convincing them to join a co-op too helps.
Leading them till they become BTL should suffice, for by then they would have gathered enough knowledge and confidence to continue on their own.
