I think its all about the person's previous expierence of online work from home businesses. If they experience some set backs already they will see and realise this business is genuine.
And I think its also about how easily the person can figure out how the program works, his/her burning desire to succeed. Their motivation behind the reason for working from home.
Of course its also about the communication between you and your PSA/CSA. If you know you did your part then tap yourself on the shoulder and move onto the movers.
I personally give them some TCredits ( 2 or 3 depends how much I have available), to reward them when they reach about 1100 - 1200VP. and ask them to use it to play around in Trippleclicks.
For the first month I give TCredits and add them to a co-op.
2nd Month I do the same or maybe if I can a gift card.
3rth month I will give them some re-assign PSA's.
After that I will support them, but they should be able to carry on themselves and by then understood how and what to do.
I will also let them know to accumulate VP up to 1500 the first month and keep others for next month to make it easier to get points in 2nd month.
Well, in 3rth month they should be able to realise to great potential of this business and hopefully be able to save up to put in a standing order.
