I believe the best way is by sharing personal success story. Or, if you are a new affiliate, you can share success story of some of your upline (but ask them first).
Make sure to educate your downline (and by doing that, you will also educate yourself). Explain to them all income streams. Some of them are maybe not talented for recruiting, but they could sell TripleClicks products. Or someone might have own store; that person should become an ECA. Some will be better in recruiting ECAs than in recruiting affiliates: why not, it can make nice residual income. Maybe someone has great bidding tactics: (s)he can earn by winning the Pricebenders auctions and reselling won items.
