(Not a get rich overnight scheme) Sadly many join out of curiosity and when this is the case the outcome is obvious, they quit.

The team leaders have a great role to play in keeping their down lines motivated and remind them of the bigger picture. Some fun and challenge can be brought in to make them be anxious for what's next. If the leaders are doing well the down lines will have a desire to follow.
