With some people there will be nothing we can do to keep them from quitting. But there is a chance to keep some from quitting. Sometimes all they need is a bit of encouragement, just keep encouraging your team and let them know that even though their business is growing slowly that it does take time and they will be successful if they do not give up.
You must be active yourself and do the things you tell others to do. The leader does not sit back giving out commands, the leader goes into battle with his/her team following them.
It's far more encouraging to do things as a team than to feel like you have to do it yourself. Be a team player and work WITH your team. Don't hover over them as though you are superior, just be "one of them." Your team will be far more encouraged and you will see a lower rate of failure in your team.
